Inspired by Aimee's movie game, I've started the official movie thread! Talk here about your favorite movies, a good movie you've seen in theaters...anything having to do with movies!

I REALLY want to see the 300, anyone seen it yet?

No! Don't remind me of 300.. my family sucks.. this afternoon while I was still sleeping due to my late night/morning.. they went and saw it without me! No warning! No.."Crystal we're going to the movies, wanna come?" NOTHING.
Anyhoo, no new movies for me. lol. I want to see Blades of Glory though just because I love Will Ferrell. haha.

I haven't been to the movies in a realllllly long time... I don't even remember the last one I saw at the theater :( but I just watch "Walk the Line" yesterday, the one about Johnny Cash and June Carter. it was pretty good. I might have liked it better if I actually cared about Johnny Cash and June Carter.

AW I LOVE that movie! I love Johnny and June so maybe that's why haha, That and Joaquin Pheonix is sessy.

Hey I saw 300! Yeah, my brother and I tried to go opening night - didn't happen (sold out), but then we were able to go on that Sunday so it was good!

I really liked the movie! The cinematography was AMAZING. If you like your battle scenes, you will love this movie.

I realllyy wanna see Premonition. Sandra Bullock is one of my favorites!!

she was really funny on The Ellen Degeneres Show a few days ago!

I've seen parts, I sued to watch that sketch on Da Ali G show but STILL haven't seen the movie!

haha I'm not allowed to see it though because it's supposedly really bad lol

Yeah I've seen it...we actually went to the cinema with our school class because our teacher wanted to do something with us...so we ended up watching Borat in the cinema...

And...I can't say if it's a good or bad movie...it depends on your taste...the movie isn't just my favourite...guys here in Switzerland found it pretty funny but I as a girl...I didn't quite like it, some scenes...aren't a must watch thing...

And...I must say...there are much better movies than Borat...

300 is one of my favorite movies out right now! I skipped out on work to see it on it's opening day so I'd miss the after-work-hours crowd. My boyfriend's friend works at the IMAX theater, so we saw it on IMAX for FREE :lol:

I enjoyed the story line, the insanely rock-hard abs, and the amazing graphics. I'm down to go see it again~ it's just gotta be imax :) It's been 2 weeks at the top with about $130 million in revenue so far. It's worth it :)

Wow that's cool. I also want a boyfriend who works at the IMAX :) because I really find the IMAX theater amazing! But here it's quite expensive...:(

I do too! I rented it but am totally going to buy it now, I liked it that much.

And ooo, I wish we had an IMAX here, when we lived in Southern California there were IMAX's everywhere because we lvied so close to Hollywood but now I live in a teeny town, uggg :/

But ooo, now I REALLY want to see 300!

ok so I just watched the move "You've Got Mail" for the first time today even though it was made like 10 years ago and Sara Ramirez has like a 3 minute scene as a cashier!

I'm gonna have to watch that again now!

Talking about movies though my sister is having a birthday party and she's turning 12 any idea what movie I can recommend her? She doesn't want it to be childish like Disney or Animation and at the same time she doesn't like anything romantic at all so no teen flicks and so on. I'm kind of at a loss because the movies I generally watch are nothing for her and her friends to watch. So any suggestions?

I've seen that movie a few time ago, didn't know she was playing in it! (but yeah, when I saw the movie I didn't even know her from grey's)
