I saw that one before. I was watching espn news and all of sudden it popped up and i freaked :P .
I noticed when derek says "so, this is it" there is a shot of mer's face, which doesnt look upset at all, she looks pleased and derek's face is really close to her's. Maybe the kiss follows up then?
