I couldn't explain it if I wanted to, I think I just figured out hows he does it but explaining it would be crazy you have to make layers and then change the opacity on one and so on and so on.

yea, those tutorials are for photoshop, which I use sometimes, when I'm on the computer that has psp, but it's not my regular computer so it's rare. I actually use a different kind of photoeditor called mgi photohouse 4 and it can do a lot of the things psp can do, only not as precisely and it can't do everything psp can do. but oh well, I'm fond of it lol. basically, with fanart, you have to experiment a lot. try a lot of different things and see how they look. but you shouldn't give up! making graphics is a lot of fun, and it makes me feel proud of the stuff I make, cos I made it! I'm sure KarevsLovah feels the same about her creations! Even if all you have is paint, you can still make something really great!

Use what you have and be creative! If you want to know how I did that, I'll be putting up a tutorial in a little bit to show how I did that, or maybe I'll make another one and show how I do it step by step, which will probably be easier than trying to recreate this one.... anyways, I'll be back later, cos I haven't slept all night lol
