hehe maybe you guys know this too but then with another name! It's a friendshipbread/cake! You need to make the dough and then 'feed' it every few days and at the 9th day you need to put it in three different pieces. One piece you give away to friend or family, one piece you're going to bake the next day and with one piece you start over. Today was the 10th day (yesterday I gave a piece to Maartje, she starts all over again at day 1) so I baked it! First I needed to do a lot stuff in it and then put it in the oven! I tried it only half an hour ago and it was strange, but delicious!
we have something kind of similar to that called Amish Friendship bread. except you separate it into five pieces and you only feed it once before you actually bake it.
yeah it's really really good! I still have some left!
