That's what I've heard as well! I heard they lvied next door and his wife Jillian had a hissy cuz they were 'too close' so Patrick and Jillian moved. I'm not sure if Ellen was the actual cause of them moving but if she's as jealous as it seems I wouldn't doubt it.

From watching that video PD is definitely the more flirtatious one, you can tell. EP takes to the flirting but she's not as open to it. She seems nervous and kinda flushed

I think PD is the cause, not saying that ellen doesnt have anything to do with it either. But its mainly his wife's problem, she should be able to trust her hubby, and know he wouldnt do something like that and if she cant trust him, she is the one with the problems.
