Title: Heller!

Cait - November 6, 2007 09:00 PM (GMT)
Hey all! I feel kinda dorky, but I need people who share my new obsession to talk to! The bf just doesn’t understand. :P I’m really new to the series, but oh my gosh I just love it! I McLove it! :P Wow that was silly. But anyway! A friend of mine told me when the show first started, “Oh Cait, Grey’s Anatomy is the best show ever! You have to watch it!” And I watched an episode with him, to humor him. And I was like, “Ok. No. Not for me, but ok.” Because I was (well still am) really into the doctor part of doctor shows, and the drama was unfamiliar and I couldn’t find myself getting into it. Then “Knocked Up” came out, and I fell in love with Katherine Heigl and her acting and her wonderful-ness, and I remembered she played on Grey’s Anatomy. So I talked to this same friend, and he was so excited I was remotely interested in it that he bought me the first season. I was hooked by the second episode. We got through the first season in a day, then we made a run to Wally World for the second season and I watched that one with my older sister, who I got hooked on the show. (It’s the gift that keeps on giving… LOL) And earlier yesterday I finished the 3rd season, although I had watched what I could of the 4th season already on TV. And so another fanatic was born. Yayyyy!

Now about me, I’m 18, a college student (double majoring in Sociology and Political Science, with a minor in Spanish.) I have fish, two cats, and a dog and a half. The half because she is only half mine. Anyway. I also have a human kid and a bf (although it sometimes seems like I have 2 kids, ha ha). I’m pretty laid back and sort of scatter brained, but not really, just it seems that way. I mean I come off that way a lot. I like writing (fanfics, anyone?) and horses and rice and guacamole. Really that is all there is to me.

Yay!

McBored - November 6, 2007 09:06 PM (GMT)
Haha I loved your intro! Very nice to find out stuff about members!! Welcome! :) :) :)

Cait - November 6, 2007 11:43 PM (GMT)
OMG I just realized I said human kid. I am so used to animal forums, where I have fur-kids, so usually I have to say human or else they think I’m talking about a dog or something. Just to clarify, my son is human. As if I had to say it..

Wow I’m off to a good start.

KarevsLovah - November 7, 2007 12:33 AM (GMT)
lmao you fit perfectly here!
Welcome to the forum. My name is Crystal, I'm a mod here any questions feel free to ask me!
FanFic is all over this site so enjoy! :)

inmymcdreams - November 7, 2007 02:22 AM (GMT)
Wally World is a life saver. ;)
:dork:
Welcome to Grey's Forum Cait! :D

Cait - November 7, 2007 04:02 AM (GMT)
Glad to hear that, Crystal! I was worried about being a little... eccentric? Maybe that is not the word. My friend read my intro, and she was like "You come off as a crazy person. Good job, they'll get to know the real you." Oh har har har.

I already wrote a little fanfiction, nothing wonderful, but it happened one night after too much rocky road and a 6 hour stint of watching GA. :P I mayyyyy consider posting it. :D

Yep, Cindy, Wally World is magical. I bought all my seasons there. Yayy! And they have the calenders... Yessssssssssssss...... :D

McEline - November 7, 2007 06:49 AM (GMT)
Loved your introduction, welcome here! :welcome: sadly I don't have a wally world... we don't even have a shop that sells other products from greys anatomy except the dvd's... oh yeah and the book translated but that's just weird... well ok, hope you're gonna enjoy it here :)

Mactilda - November 7, 2007 10:44 AM (GMT)
Welcome!
Nice intro :) Now we know a litle more about you.
Mactilda - Swede in Switzerland - I know it's confusing *S*.
Married, two human children.... (or I HOPE they're not ailiens or aomething.......*s*) no pets unfortunally..... but when time comes there will be a Swiss greater mountaindog and a horse :)

Cait - November 7, 2007 04:27 PM (GMT)
I’m glad no one thinks I’m crazy yet. :D That’s always something that brightens my day. :P

No Wally World, McEline? :( I’m sorry. How do you live? Can you order things online? You know I just found out that they have T-shirts that say “Seriously” on them? I neeeeeeed one or five. I totally said that before they did, though. Seriously. I just find it funny that it’s a “quotable” from GA. Hehheee.

Ooo I love Swisses (Swissies? IDK), Mactilda, although I’ve only seen 2 in my life. :P Mostly labs and pitties around here. I have a Rottweiler myself, and half of a boxer. I forgot to mention the horses… It’s because they live like 45 minutes away, I don’t see them everyday like I want to. I have a QH and American pony cross gelding, that’s my Hutch, and then these two gorgeous new babies, Diggy and Riley who are just mixes of unknown origin, although more than likely they are mostly QH. Oh and I also forgot the rabbits… a Netherland dwarf and an American fuzzy lop. Quite the characters! *cough* I really like to talk about my fur-babies. Anyway. How old are your human, non-alien, non-animal kids? My son just turned 4 in October. He is also quite the character. :P

KarevsLovah - November 7, 2007 04:37 PM (GMT)
lmao Cait, you make me laugh! You mentioned you like Izzie but what ships are you into...don't worry we can still be friends if you like Gizzie but I secretly hope you think its gross like I do! :D
hahaha seriously welcome to the forum you seriously FIT RIGHT IN.

and I need one of those shirts because I say seriously way too many freaking times! lol

Cait - November 7, 2007 05:53 PM (GMT)
LOL! Seriously, we should probably all get the shirts. I’m requesting one from the bf for x-mas. Yayyy holidays!

I like the Gizzie deal in theory… although it’s a bit (ok, a lot) weird to watch it actually happen. It’s kind of like watching two teenagers date for the first time and do anything for the first time. A-w-k-w-a-r-d. I also don’t want to see them doing it. I was so happy they didn’t in the last episode. And I feel bad for Callie, and that sort of sucks the fun out of it in the first place, that their relationship came around the way it did. But also I don’t think George is a really good match for Callie, she’s much more… she’s tougher and more balls-y than he is. I think she needs someone more like her, really. But I love George. And I love Izzie. I love them together I suppose. :P But I don’t think it will last long, or if it does, there’s got to be some major changes.

KarevsLovah - November 7, 2007 10:16 PM (GMT)
hahaha I love how you were all sensitive for callie because I'm a callie fan if you hadn't noticed.. its not obvious AT ALL. haha

but seriously, I think that if the relationship hadn't started out as it did, MAYBE just MAYBE I'd like Gizzie...although the sex and the kissing and all the romance that goes on between them grosses me out because I still see them as best friends/ brother and sister. Its just GROSS to me haha.

anyway yes LETS GET SHIRTS! lol

mcmikey - November 7, 2007 11:21 PM (GMT)
Welcome to the forum Cait! You'll fit in perfectly here! :)

Cait - November 7, 2007 11:21 PM (GMT)
Brother/sister thing, THAT'S it!! That's what it is, it totally seems like that. I couldn't put my finger on why exactly it was so weird and awkward. That would explain it.

I guess I never understood Callie and George in the first place, they are so different from each other, it was sort of forced I think. It took me awhile to get used to Callie, but that doesn't mean I want to see her hurt like George and Izzie hurt her. *sad face* But all in all, she deserves... I don't want to say better, but I guess that's the only thing I can think of to say what I mean. *hmmm*

And yeah, not a hard one to tell you are a big Callie person. Actually, now everytime I read your posts, I'm going to imagine it as Callie saying it. LMAO. Truthfully! I already found myself doing that. Face to the name sort of deal, my brain just does it automatically. Like, Cindy will be Addison, McEline as Doc (weird), McBored as a goofy smiley face... Avatars are good at doing that. :P

Edit: and now McMikey as a peach. :snail: (Thanks for the welcome!)

KarevsLovah - November 7, 2007 11:29 PM (GMT)
hahaha picture mikey as sexy alex! ;)
hahaha yes Callie deserves MUCH better than what she's been handed!
I vote a new HOT SEXY GORGEOUS doctor come to SG and save her! hahaha!

inmymcdreams - November 8, 2007 02:53 AM (GMT)
Cait, Stop Addisoning Me! haha. ;)

Cait - November 8, 2007 03:09 AM (GMT)
WOO! New sexy doctor!! Bring it on!

*goes into a dream sequence*

"Why, hello Dr. Torres-O'Malley," said a mysteriously hot voice.
Callie turned around to see the hottest, most sexy, (and assumed doctor by the ultra-cool scrubs) man ever standing behind her.
"Actually," she said coyly, "it's just Torres now."
"Well in that case..."
And the nurses station they were standing at went bow-chikka-bow-bow: strobe lights, sexy music, and glitter, the whole works.

*end dream sequence, kinda short to keep in PG*

:P Yayyyy!

LMAO, sorry Addison.. er I mean Cindy... I'll try to keep it at a minimum. :P ;)

KarevsLovah - November 8, 2007 04:31 AM (GMT)
LMAO Cait, you're AWESOME.
BEST.DREAM.SEQUENCE.EVER!

Cait - November 8, 2007 05:20 AM (GMT)
LOL I thought you’d like that. One of my best dream sequences. That one actually ran through my head. Ahh scary! :P LOL

Now if only that could be reality... *goes on day dreaming hopefully*

KarevsLovah - November 8, 2007 07:01 AM (GMT)
haha I'll dream with you. *dreams of hot doctor men*

McEline - November 8, 2007 02:27 PM (GMT)
Well I don't have a wally world because I'm living in the small country where one of your rabbits is coming from.. (well not actually but ok) so I live in the Netherlands... The good thing about living here is that they don't dub movies and shows like they do in Germany, France, Spain, Italy (so the rest of Europe) we just have subtitles :) The bad thing about living here is that really nothing big happens here... and well we do have to learn a lot of languages (Dutch, English, German, French and some also Spain) but I finished German and French last year (seriously I still can't speak it... it's stupid because I learned nothing in 5 years...) but ok I can order things on the internet, but it's expensive to let it come here and I don't have much money to spend because I'm saving it, or at least trying too...I don't have any human children yet (and no also no aliens), not planning on getting them anytime soon but I'm only 16... but I have two rabbits too :) anyways gotta run now because a friend is coming and we're going to shop :)

Cait - November 8, 2007 06:40 PM (GMT)
Whoa, cool! I’ll have to tell CiCi that I met someone from her home country. She’ll be all bunny-ly excited about that. I think that would be annoying, seeing dubbed movies? Like you could tell it wasn’t them. Subtitles I like. When Pan’s Labyrinth came out, I was all over that like white on rice. I was like the only one who was all for the fact that it was in Spanish. It would have been goofy dubbed, I think. So what languages do you speak, besides English? Dutch? (I am so clueless, I am sorry!) I think it’d be soooo cool to be able to speak a bunch of languages. I only can speak English, but I can read and understand Spanish. My bro-in-law is from Mexico, and so is one of my half sisters. So.

What kind of bunnies do you have? What are their names? Do you have pictures? I <3 bunnies!

KarevsLovah - November 8, 2007 07:10 PM (GMT)
lol you can't speak Spanish but you read it and understand it? lol
its simple! ...but then again I only say that because I was raised speaking both spanish and english. lol

Melissa - November 8, 2007 08:17 PM (GMT)
Welcome to GreysForum Cait ! :backflip:

OMFG That dream sequence of yours... AMAZING. I'll dream with you two!
Soo anyway I'm from the Netherlands (just like Eline)
KarevsLovah that is so cool that you can speak Spanish! I really want to learn it but they don't give spanish at my school... just French, German, English and of course Dutch. But I dropped German because I pretty much sucked at it.. altough I kinda think its a really cool language. :P

Cait you should show us some pictures of your rabbits, :) I'd love to see what they look like (Uhm I think that sentence isn't correct but IDK) . Geez my English is getting worse and worse.

mcmikey - November 8, 2007 10:44 PM (GMT)
Oh babayyyy. I wanna join in with the dreaming of hot doctors! ;)

KarevsLovah - November 9, 2007 01:10 AM (GMT)
lmao mikey obviously you're invited! ;)

melissa my name is Crystal! :] I'm Puerto Rican so basically if I couldn't speak spanish it'd be a disaster. LOL

Cait - November 9, 2007 02:47 AM (GMT)
LMAO! Well since I am minoring in it, hopefully I can learn to speak it. :P I just get self-concious trying to speak it, so. But I like to read it and hear it. :D My fam is going to teach me. Woo!

And yes, join in Mikey!

Everyone dream.... riiiiiight... now...

*ahhhhh*

Well it was good for me, was it good for you guys? LMAO.

Hey Melissa! German is VERY hard, I remember I had friends who were taking it, and they were like "OMG, hate hate hate". Sooo I take it that it was hard.

And.... bunny pics!

Cait - November 9, 2007 09:51 PM (GMT)
I know it, after the Great Cuteness Overload of ’05 I should have learned my lesson! One day I will find a way to overload people with cuteness without killing them… One day…

But until then, one more weapon of mass destruction:

Your son and all your pets are really cute! :) well I speak English and Dutch... I should be able to speak french because I've had it 5 years but I still suck in it (although I passed it...) I should also be able to speak german, had that for 4 years but I suck in it too... although I can do it better then french... I can speak a really little bit Italian (like counting, greeting, and some other not really complicated stuff) and well that's it... ow yeah and I can ask for the bill in Greek, should be studying it more because I'm going to Greece next year but ok, that will come :)
anyways my bunnies, they're already somewhere on this board but I'll post them here anyways:

Now Izzie is living above McBrownie in our garden :) I'll search for newer pics soon ;)
