How do you think Addison leaving will effect everyone at Seattle Grace?

I think Mark and Alex will be the most affected. I REALLY hope that Addison and Meredith have some kind of deep "I understand" type interaction and all that. It would be such a great moment if they did! Other then that, I'm not too sure. It will be interesting to see how Derek reacts. I know all us fans will be mourning! Haha..

Mourning!! YEs that will be happening a lot of it!! Alex will never get in on another surgery and Mark won't have his evil redhead to fall back on.

OMG I bet Alex won't do OB/GYN anymore. But then he wouldn't want to do plastic cuz if Mark knows about him and Addi it won't be pretty.

And Callie will be upset cuz Addison was like her only TRUE friend at the hospital, ah, damnit Addison!

it will be sad for a moment. it will affect alex mst but i dont think he will leave ob/gyn. i think she should talk with mer befor eleaving too. maybe make her understand how much der loves her or something.

I think that mark will be sad, but will easily get over it, and Alex might be relieved and I actually have a feeling that Derek might be sad to see her go

ya me too they would have been friends but merideth was kinda already there and probably would have said he wasn't over her but without merideth the show would totally suck

Addison & Derek should efinitly have closure, but I dont hink they will. Awww it will be sad to see her go :( It will be weird because she will start with the rest of the cast then leave straight away to do the spin off, but maybe it might just show her with the chief :unsure:

Hmm...maybe Addy(sorry I like ehr and call her Addy) will end up having a private conversation with all of the characters? Like she doesn't do it on purpose, it just "happens"

Yeah it's actually kinda sad. I mean no one really even spoke of Addison or what she's exatly doing now! It's like nothing happened and everyone is just moving on so fast with their own live etc. :S

I think Shonda said there definitely wouldn't be any crossovers though because the whole point of PP was to show Addison moving on :(
