Is George leaving the show? If he is, I'm so going to cry :sob: . He said he is transfering to Mercy west. And i'm so scared for merder. I dont know if i should totally hate Derek but you can understand where he's coming from. It just doesnt look good :sob: . And for once, i actually felt bad for Mark.

OMG!!! The promo for next week! Thatcher slaps Meredith! It definitely looks like its him and it looks like Derek saw it. And there is a shot where it looks like der and mer are talking or something and mer just runs away, she looks upset.

Gah, i'm freaking out. This show is crazy.

OMG. I was crying at the end...when Derek said those things to Meredith..holy crap. I was crying like a little baby! Burktina were soo cute tonight i though! and I cant believe Izzie told Burke about her and George!! HOLY CRAP! AND GEORGE IS MOVING TO MERCY WEST!!!! wtf!??! please tell me thats not true!!! i will cryyy! dude. alex and addison? wow.. and Jane Doe is a little snoop! shes fricken sticks her nose in everybodys business! lol idk though..Alex was kinda harsh to Addison at the end. but all in all..i think this episode was pretty good..I mean I would realllllyyy like to see merder happy :( I hope everything is okay.. I saw in the promo that Derek tried to like pull her closer..and she turned away..so maybe hes trying to apologize?? I HOPE SO! he was a dick at the end. :( ughhhh

yeahh yeah its THATCHER!!!!!! it totally looks like him! it has to be!!!

I cant wait till she gets a husband and leaves but I did enjoy when Alex comforted her though I was like AWWWWW I WANT AN ALEX KAREV!!! lol.

She said some true things about Alex too. I love Alex. lol.

Honestly, I'm freaking out. I cannot wait for next week now. I thought that this episode was really good, i was crying at the end. Between merder, george possibly leaving, actually feeling bad for mark and the promo.

Oh and the addisex scene didnt really do anything for me. I wasnt feeling it. Mainly because i felt bad for mark.

And damn, i totally want to kill thatcher, its gotta be him who hits her. It definitely is. You can tell in the promo. I REALLY hope Derek sees it and beats his ass. I think he does see it, he tries to consol her but she runs away. Thats what it looks like.

MIDDLE: OMG ADDISEX!!! That was hot I wish we could have seen more of it and I'm watching that exact part again right now. GAWD ALEX IS HOT!! :wub: It was going to happen and it did and WOW. I feel so bad for mark :(

This was SUCH a good episode.

Love the BANG <3 Hated Derek, ugh, he seriously broke her! Mark...poor, poor Mark ugh he was so heartbroken too but hilarious hitting on Mer. Addisex, GRRR. But Addi got BURNED by Alex. Izzie shows remorse and burns George a bit...and obviously doesn't last long. How heartbreaking as poor Callie in the elevator, I wanted to hug her! Gah!

This episode was really great and I'll probably say more tomorrow cuz I'm all sleepy right now lol

okay wow guys! :) Great reactions! Well the very first reaction I had was HA!!! take that!! all the people that I've heard (not on this message board) saying oh George is such a baby he's not a man etc BS take that!! Those people wanna say George isn't a man? George is a man! That's why he said he wants to transfer to Mercy West. That's why he's taking action to save his marriage. BECAUSE HE'S A MAN!!! That's what a real man would do! And I'm not saying I want George to transfer. I don't. But I'm glad that he wanted to. I'm sure they'll work out some way where he doesn't have to but still. The fact that he was responsible enough to realize he really does have to move away from Izzie, that he can't just pretend like it didn't happen. He was putting his marriage as a priority as it should be! That's what a real man does. <<<sorry for the rant but I am just so sick of people putting George down, calling him all sorts of stupid ass names (again not on this board) and thinking that he's pathetic. He's the best character on the show (in my eyes) and I don't like people putting him down (which they were but not on this board). The Derek and Meredith thing is making me pretty sad. And confused. I keep waiting for Derek to be done with the chief thing. To be over it. And for him to say I love you Meredith more than anything. But....nada. I really don't get it. Ugh. And poor Meredith was communicating, and she thought everything was going so well and she was in such a good mood, and that's rare, you know for Meredith to be in a great mood like that, and he had to go and hide it and then drop that bomb like that on her. Seriously, Derek is not handling things well. After he told her I'll always be here. UGH. He is pissing me off. The Addie Callie thing was adorable, I love love their friendship. Addie apparently had her suspicions about Izzie but didn't want to worry Callie needlessly. There were absolutely no Callie/George scenes whatsoever in this episode what the freaking hell!!! :( We need some. This is getting ridiculous. They're married! :angry: I still can't really grasp Alex's motive for pushing Addison away, but I'm thinking it's some sort of self-sacrificial thing, like he thinks it would be a bad thing for them to be together even though he likes her a whole lot. I felt so bad for Mark, and I may have missed the him ruining the 28 days thing, but I am actually thinking that he didn't actually sleep with anyone. He just said that because he's so freaking sick and tired of being her number 2. And I'm definitely with Cindy. I'm just going to continue pretending that Addison isn't leaving... :sob:

It has been confirmed a bit ago that TRK was signed for another season. So i'm not really sure what's going to happen with the Mercy West thing. Maybe he does transfer but we still see him on the show. I'm not sure how that situation is going to work out but he is staying. At least for season 4. I'm glad he's not going. If anyone should go, It should be IW, not because i dont like Burke because i do. Because the things that he said are never going to be forgiven. IW should have been gone along time ago if they were going to take that kind of action. Cleary, he is too big of a part of GA, and getting rid of him would screw GA over

I'm honestly at loss at who to defend: Meredith or Derek? I can agree that having sex with her then proceeding to pile everything in her face about the NDE wasnt really a good idea but i cant help but agree with what he's saying. He does have a point. But if you really love someone, you should protect them and be there for them regardless of whether they arent the strongest emotional person or they are depressed or whatever. We all know that Meredith is dark and twisty and all and derek isnt really sure if he can continue to breath for her but he doesnt have to be her backbone. He can still be there for her without "breathing for her". He can still protect her. I'm not sure if the problems with derek wanting to be chief and meredith intefering with it are evident anymore. He said to her that he loves her and he wants her. Its not about being Chief anymore. He cleary wants meredith. At least he opened up his mouth and really said how he felt.

But Meredith shouldnt have stormed out after he said those things. I felt extremley bad for her because what he said clearly hurt her and broke her but he said what he had to say and she just walked out. Perfect oppurtunity to talk out there problems. But instead she walked right out. I believe they are going to be fine. The thatcher slapping meredith incident is going to bring them closer together. They will talk everything out and they will realize that they really really love each other and cant live without each other. Everything will be fine.

I agree, Meredith should have stayed so that they could talk about stuff!! But I knew they weren't going to work everything out right then because the show was almost over. I think the biggest lesson Mer and Der need to learn is to talk to each other, and not the communicating thing Meredith was joking about. I think she still didn't get it. Although I thought it was interesting that Meredith was procommunicating all day and still Derek didn't learn his lesson that he should communicate with her. Not until the very end anyway. I think Meredith shouldn't have walked out like that, but I think she did it because she was in shock. She thought things were going well and then suddenly she finds out that things aren't?

I hope you're right. I hope it's not about being chief anymore. But the thing is, I get it, the whole I came here to be chief. And who doesn't want to reach the top? It's just that I'd hoped somewhere along the way he'd realized that people are what matters and that reaching the top means nothing if you don't have someone to share it with.

And also, I believe that Jim Pickens is signed to continue on with Grey's which means, he's not leaving either. That also means that most likely he will stay and continue to be chief, knowing the fact that his marriage with adelle is over or at this point it is. So what would be the point to retire if there is no point in fighting for his relationship to work between adelle.

So, this means that Derek wont become chief, Derek will choose Meredith like we thought and Meredith and Derek will be happily together again. I hope *keeps fingers crossed*

I think it was a great episode because there really was something going on in every scene and i was interested in every1 of the storielines (usually theres at least one im a bit like ...oh okay, whatever.... about)!
DerMer- I think its interesting that something is going on with them, it means we get more scenes between them which can only be a good thing! So long as they dont break up! I think he was a prat! sorry but i do ! She was really trying and he just totally shot her down, he said he doesnt want to breathe for her, but this epi she didnt need him to! I still think hes thinking more about the chief thing! And seriously derek...relationships are hard! lol Still :wub: him though hehe!
Addie- she was really funny this epi and i think its so sad that she ended up alone again! I dont know how she manages it, youd think she have men fighting over her lol! Alex was freaking out about commitment (thanks to Jane Doe :angry: ) and he was just plain cruel at the end, he keeps leading her on and then changing his mind!!! And also i did feel sorry for mark! He did what Mer told him and let her go by telling her it was his fault! awww! . . . Dont go Addie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gizzie- I think they both did the right thing by the end of the epi, because izzie listenned to callie and george took action, but i think it is clear that george doesnt love Callie in the way he loves Izzie, which is sad :( And i dont think he wil transfer to be honest, they will do something drastic in the last epi! I liked Callie in this episode she showed some new emotions and the friend thing between her and Addie was V cute!

All in all i loved it, i loved the fact that they were all revising together, and christina and burke were cute, bring on epi 22!!!! :claps:

Okay, I must say, Desire was a great episodes. Allthoug it was a bit sad and a bit confusing, it was amazing!

First to MerDer: Of course Derek has a point, but it's a bit extreme, I mean that chief thing must really mean a hell of a lot to him, he gave up the fight for his marriage because of Mer, that's a big deal and then just because she may be a problem in being a chief...the chief may have a point with being a chief may ruin the private life...

Addison and Mark: I must say I really felt sorry for Mark, especially the thing about his lie, that HE slept with someone, but actually it was her. He really must be hurt, and at the end, I think Alex was so harsh on her, because he knows that Addison and Sloan had something and that they just don't work for now, but he doesn't want to be their "barrier".

Burk and Christina: I must say, they really were cute in this epi, hope to see them like that in future episodes.

Callie, Izzie, George: I only say OMG, in the beginning you really thing the whole Gizzie thing is gonna work out allright, then after Callie begged Izzie to give her, her husband back and Izzie realizing what she has done and confessing to Burk, I really was tearing up, and the worst was, after George wants to transfer to Mercy West...god, I just hope this whole thing comes out well.

But all wrapped up, I just can't wait til the enxt episode!!!!!!

Addiesex is so wrong on so many different levels. I was just not feeling it at all... agh.

this summer is going to suck, with no new greys to watch, but does anyone know if this season finale is only an hour or longer, last years was three, but with this upcoming episode being two hours are they only having a one hour finale?

Responding to the first few posts, OMG, I definitely did scream at the end of the episode. I love George!! He can't leave!!! I'm really hoping that he will still be at SGH since you said he was confirmed for season 4. He's one of the interns in the group! He can't leave!

As for Addison and Alex, I was yelling "finally!!!" when they went into the closet. I thought their whole "encounter" was kinda funny, except that itsn't quite the right word, if that makes any sense at all. I was mad at Alex at the end of the episode though. He was being a jerk to Addison and it was sad =(

Meredith and Derek have to be okay!!!!!! I love them together!!!

I think the season finale is either two or three hours because ABC is going to show the first episode of Addison's spinoff right after the Grey's finale. AAAAA!!!! I can't wait any longer for Grey's!! I'm in deprivation! Three days 'til Grey's!
