Okay all you fanartists that like to flock to this forum (ok that includes me lol)... i have a question! How do you create, save and upload moving avies and siggies?! im intrigued and i'm getting board with creating still ones! lmao!
So if anyone could help i'd be SERIOUSLY grateful! :P :D :claps:

I usually get them off of LJ. I dont make them. I wish I could..but I dont. To upload them I upload them to photobucket and then use the URL because theyre too big for this site to support. so yeah.. there you go.. you can search on Livejournal.com for them.

you could try photoshop or paint shop...
i seriously suck at making gifs but i do create some arts with my paint shop.
my siggy wasn't made by me, it'd be a long before i could make something that perfect, i'm learning though.
or you could use this >>
Photo Editor and Animatorit's easy and no downloads needed.
