Lexie is probably well aware Mer is her sister and will act on it, either in a positive way, ie Hi, I want to get to know you. Or a very very negative way, ie you killed my mother because she's been listening to Thatcher. Either way I'm excited to see Lexie/Mer.

Callie WILL be pregnant and it will be the reason the Gizzie sex comes out in the open.

The Chief will obviously stay on.

Meredith will with wallow in some self pity for a while. Derek will back off but it will be incredibly obvious that he is in pain. Cristina and Meredith are virtually inseperable and Meredith will begin to realize she can't base her life decisions on what she's witness happen to other people. After a while avoiding him, she will finally approach Derek and tell him the HE is the Love of HER life. This is where I hope for a proposal.

George will either redeem himself to Callie...or fail miserably.

Ava will come to see Alex. She will thank him for his decision and will tell him she's happy and her husband did a 180. Alex will be reassured by this and will realize he for once, did the right thing. He will turn over a new leaf and we will see a kinder Alex. He and Lexie Grey will have chemistry that will grow throughout the season. Towards the end, they will act on it...not even sexually, perhaps with a kiss.

Izzie, broken up emotionally over George...is a mopey mess. Mark Sloan, trying to turn over a new leaf himself will take an interest in her and act as a "mentor", they'll become close and will eventually begin a "top secret" relationship but then decide to be honest with each other, and they colleagues and let it slip.

I wasn't too happy when they made her a point of interest for Derek... I mean, think about it... When Meredith drowned and everything, she kept trying to do things that he liked to do... Remember after they had sex that he just stared at the ceiling? That's not normal! Meredith isn't always the one walking away. He was thinking about how he has to breathe for her and he didn't know if he wanted to keep doing that... Also, he wanted the position of chief...

I think Lexie should just go for McSteamy... He seems to be a little lonely.

One can only hope, I mean how long are they gonna tiptoe around total commitment? They can only make up or break up so many times. I think a proposal this coming seasons finale would rival the last one. It would be a full circle even. And if they did it right everyone would be shocked in a GOOD way as opposed to season 3 when everyone was like...depressed.
