If you haven't heard, ABC contacted Tiffani Amber Thiessen to be on GA. The word on the playground is she'll be in a few episodes playing Derek's sister, Kathleen.

I actually heard a rumor that she would be a phychiatrist. Maybe for one of Der's patients. I'm not sure. Or maybe even for Meredith lol

If I remember right one of Derek's sisters IS a psychiatrist.
