I'll start.

I hated Erica Hahn the first time I saw her. It was in S2, so she and Burke were duking it out for Denny's heart. I thought she was way too cocky and arrogant, and my mom pointed out she was "a female Burke." Of course, I loved Burke (sort of), so I was like "No way!" But the thing is, once she joined the show, I grew to LOVE her. Because she was there full time, we got to see more of her, and I eventually ended up liking her cocky arrogance :) And when she and Callie clicked… I couldn't have been happier. I predicted a relationship, and I was right! But now… now she's gone, never to be seen again. :sob: I HOPE SHE DOESN'T DIE!

Ah, I remember her first epi like it was yesterday... Fighting over the heart with Burke and Alex... Ah yes.

Well of course I hated her then. Then I still hated her for awhile. And longer... And for a bit more when she was mean to Cristina and Izzie. Then I *just* grew to like her when I saw how she made Callie so happy... And well then she's leaving and that's what happened with that. :(

I thought she was a bitch for a LONG time :P But, when the signs of a flirtation/relationship with Callie surfaced, I was all, "GO ERICA!"

LMAO!!! I remember you were like "YAY ERICA!" and we're all still "... No... She's a bitch...." LMAO. But then we liked her! LOL

When she was fighting for her heart, I didn't dislike her. I felt for her because she was trying to save her patient.

I really did hate her when she bacame a cast member. Or a large dislike. At first. She was mean to Christina for what seemed like no reason. As I recall, I practically held a huge "BURN!!!" sign over my head every single time someone talked smack to her. But then her and Callie became closer...and I was upset because I was all for Callie gettin' down with the getdown with a woman, but Erica was such a bitch I though Callie deserved better. But with their chemistry, I couldn't help not hate Hahn. when Hahn saw leaves, I really felt that ( mostly because when I first got glasses I was amazed at seeing leaves myself, no lie. It was one of the first things I said.) because it was real, and genuine, and Brooke Smith is just awesome. How can they develop a character that once seemed just 2 dimensional into someone deeper and more relatable, and then just let her go? It doesn't make any sense.

It's all because of the fucking ABC execs. I mean, they're just afraid of what they don't know. Callie and Erica's whole "south of the border" thing was NO MORE explicit than Mark's "one finger" on-call room scene with Callie in the S4 finale. I just realized that last night. They decided they couldn't stand to have a little bit of diversity on the show. They got cold feet, and instead of telling the writers to tone it down (in fear of another strike, most likely), they had to go fire her. HOMOPHOBIA, PEOPLE!
